What we did wrong! Let’s talk about this
We are not perfect and we embrace the fact that with every mistake we learn to do better for our pets and pet parents. We are learning and growing with you!
1. Customers complained about our pack sizes being too small. So we introduced bigger sized packets to meet their requirements.
2. Some customers in the early stages observed our chews were getting spoilt with the constant opening and closing of the pouch during usage. So what did we do? We introduced oxygen absorbers inside the pouches and while sticking to our “No artificial preservatives” policy, changed up the water-level activity in the chew to ensure moisture is at the lowest.
3. Customers said the chews were becoming powdery during transit. So what did we do? We improved our packaging to sustain the harsh transportation conditions.
4. Customers complained our customer service was not available on weekends! (We’re sorry but our team has humans and they need a break too just like us all) so what did we do? Introduced an AI agent on the website who can try to answer your queries over the weekend.
Who Are We, Anyway?
We are pet parents ourselves who got tired of bitter pills, chalky powders & ineffective solutions for our pet’s health. So we made human-grade, treat-style supplements that actually work! (And yes, we taste-test them ourselves). Absolut Pet is a result of what happens when pets actually enjoy taking their daily supplements for better health.
